The "Junkyard Dog" is a 1954 Mercury Coup. Discovered in a junkyard, this diamond in the rough was the perfect vintage stock car for racing the La Carrera. Although it sat idle for 33 years, the engine was up and running in no time. After a great deal of perseverance, a lot of sweat, and some spare parts, the "Junkyard Dog" was ready to race.
